Tyrone Farms was the perfect location for Kiersten and Kevin's Wedding. It was so beautiful! The funny thing about this wedding is that Kiersten's dog was in the wedding party and her name was Jewel. You could only imagine how confused I was when the guests were talking about Jewel the dog. :)

Stonington...

Stonington, CT

This past weekend my husband and I went away for our one year anniversary. We stayed at the Inn at Stonington, in Stonington, CT. The Inn is located in the Borough of Stonington surrounded by the ocean. The borough is so cute filled with mom and pop shops and a few restaurants. We ate at the Water Street Cafe. the food was excellent and the menu was full of foods you would expect to find in a top notch restaurant in New York City or Boston.

Back to the Inn, What a fabulous stay! The people that worked there were so pleasant and accommodating, the room was romantic with a fire place and jacuzzi. Very Classy! This is the perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway any time of year! Here is the website http://www.innatstonington.com/

Well I just thought I would share this for those of my married couples who are approaching an anniversary and are looking for someplace special to stay.

These photos are from my recent trash the dress session that my cousin/photographer from New York took of me and my husband. Our first anniversary is October 14th. One year! Just some quick history we have been together for 9 years and have two children. Our wedding last October turned out perfect, our ceremony and reception were both held at the Barns at Wesleyan Hills in Middletown. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

More about the Trash the Dress, this was so much fun. I suggest everyone do it for their anniversary. It was so nice to get to wear my wedding dress again! Yes, I went into the water and swam in my dress ( I will post more photos next week) but when I got home I let it dry and beat the sand out of it and then I threw it the wash inside out. It came out so clean and almost new!

Lucky for me I have such an artistic cousin! Thank you so much Val! This was a great time!

I am looking forward to doing my clients trash the dress sessions in the future!

St. Clements Castle!

I always love photographing at St. Clements! There are so many great places for photos! Jamie and Zlatko are such a fun couple and always have a great story to make you laugh. Congratulations, I hope your honeymoon turned out more fabulous than you expected.

What an amazing couple! Shannon and Jim are awesome! I loved them and I learned a few amazing things about Jim that his mom shared with me. Jim is also DJ's weddings so I was flattered when they decided to go with me. Shannon is so kind and caring! They truly are soul mates! Congrats Shannon an Jim!
